OH RIGHT MY LUNCH
Ok so I know going into this it wasn’t the healthiest food, but I’m at my campus church studying today and it’s what we had and it was yummy and still not horrible and yeah.
Ingredients:
1 serving Mona’s Beef Tortellini (I mean, I guess you can choose your brand and pasta of choice, but this is what we had), cooked. (I did stove top. Boil water, drop the pasta, two minutes and it’s ready)
3/4 Tablespoon of Olive Oil (I actually used a whole one, but between what was left at the bottom of my bowl and in the thing I made the ‘sauce’ in, it was about 3/4 of one.)
Spices: Lemon pepper, parsley, sage, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder…whatever you find that sounds like it would be good.
1 tables spoon shredded cheese
Steps:
Mix olive oil and spices together in a tiny bowl or something. Pour over tortellini. Mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix. Enjoy.
SO COMPLICATED, RIGHT?
With the brands and foods and amounts I used, it came out to about 350 calories, 37 carbs, 18 grams of fat (lol olive oil), and 12 grams of protein. YAY GOOD NUMBERS.
Like I said, not the healthiest, but not horrible. I would have considered adding in some veggies if we had those on hand here.
Also, for dinner I shall have salad! Why? Because for breakfast I had a bagel (I wanted an Eggwhite, Mushroom, Swiss thin from Eistein’s but they didn’t have them [how does that even happen?] so I got a bagel instead because I needed breakfast) and I had this for lunch. Just ate an apple. So, I need fruits and veggies still!

Awe man I LOVE that Einstein’s sandwich. I have a shop right below my office and it’s my go to sandwich.
